- Our self-developed business system and ERP system fully supports online business operation,
saving
a significant amount of paper and human resources.
Resource Optimization:
- Conserve office resources and recycle materials;
- Recycle paper, and use paper shredder for confidential documents before recycling;
- Office energy management — reduce water consumption, maximize natural light, and replace
ordinary light bulbs with energy-saving ones.
Environmental Protection:
- Choose eco-friendly materials and decorations for newly relocated offices;
- Place plants around the office to improve air quality and beautify the working environment;
- Promote green living and raise employees' awareness of environmental protection through training
and various activities.

- Help partners obtain low-cost financing, promote the healthy development of the ecological
chain and sustainable development of the industry;
- Regularly hold business trainings, salons, etc. to empower vendors and customers, so as to
improve the overall experience of upstream and downstream partners;
- During the Covid-19 pandemic, we closely monitored the business operations and needs of
our partners, and provided quick response and service support.

- We are committed to protecting the confidential information of vendors and customers, and
employees are strictly prohibited from unauthorized usage or disclosure of confidential
information.
Employee Care and Development
Employee Care:
- We care deeply for employees' physical and mental health, and provide health protection, medical
insurance and
maternity support for our employees;
- Improve employees' sense of belonging and happiness through birthday greetings, wedding
greetings, holiday
parties, etc..
Improving Work Environment:
- Since 2018, 23 offices have been expanded, relocated or upgraded, creating a more comfortable
working
environment for employees.
Development and Training:
- Improve the incentive system, allow departments to have greater autonomy, encourage employees
to develop their
careers and create value along with the company;
- Build an organizational communication and empowerment platform —to promote exchange of
thoughts,
breakdown barriers, empower each other and build a system to grow together through establishing
new commissar
system to hold organizational conferences, learning and growing seminars and book sharing
forums;
- Establish various training programs —“Young Talent Class” and “Future Star” training programs to
select highpotential young talents to participate in the training sessions; invite a variety of
lecturers to give lessons and share
experiences. Hire external experts to teach human resources management, legal knowledges, and
other relevant
courses help providing talents reserve for the company;
- Promote corporate culture — through the publicity of corporate culture, the department heads can
fully understand
our corporate culture, and take it as the code of conduct to implement in each department.
Corporate Governance
Compliance System:
- The company has an “Employee Handbook”, which requires each employee to be honest,
conduct business in a legal, compliant and ethical manner at work, and not participate in or
hide violations of laws and regulations. We adopt a "zero tolerance" rule towards
employees' violations in compliance.
Risk Control:
- We carry out real-time monitoring, analysis and treatment of operational and financial risks,
and forms an effective risk prevention and control mechanism to help us achieve long-term
stable operation;
- We also promote regional credit control through the Strategic Channel Department, visit
customers regularly, communicate recent development, and conduct risk warnings while
improving our business scale, quality, and capital turnover.
Charity and Donations
- During the Covid-19 pandemic, we arranged anti-epidemic service packs for all
employees in China, and arranged additional subsidies for employees in some lock
down areas; we arranged vaccination for employees in Southeast Asia with priority
when there were vaccine shortage locally;
- Mr. Li Jialin, Vice President of the Hong Kong Association of Overseas-Returned
Scholars, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VSTECS, made generous
donations through the Hong Kong Association of Overseas-Returned Scholars to
carry out a Chinese medicine charity event, actively supporting the community
emergency assistance team;
- Donation through the Beijing Denghuo Public Welfare Foundation, to help build ten
rural "little libraries" to support the nationwide reading campaign.
